I loooooooove these mother-daughter maternity pictures. How cute is this soon-to-be big sister?!?! This was my first time to do belly shots with an older sis in the session. Now I can't wait to do another one because the pictures are so darn sweet!

Cooks Children's Junior Volunteer
Graduation Dinner
What an amazing group of young adults! It was wonderful to meet these volunteers who have given hours and hours of their time working with patients at Cooks Children's Medical Center. What incredible hearts they have! To view all the photos from this evening please click on the following link:

Sisters
There’s always been something really special to me about sisters. The unbreakable bond between them is profound and unique. They share a special closeness that only a sister can explain. Spending time with these two cuties made me think about what an incredible experience I have had with my own three sisters. It’s a powerful connection that I will always cherish and appreciate.

El Scorcho
Just wanted to give a shout out to my husband this weekend who is one of the race directors for the first annual El Scorcho....a 50k ultramarathon run through Fort Worth's Trinity Park at midnight Saturday night! Yes, that's right, 30 miles at midnight! Crazy I know, but we're excited about it. Wish I could run too but instead this pregnant mommy-to-be will be on the sidelines cheering on the 200+ runners and snapping photos. Hope to have some neat ones to share next week.

San Saba
I recently spent a very relaxing and peaceful few days in San Saba. My mother-in-law has been raving about this place for years. So glad I finally got the chance to go. These shots were my view from the backporch right after breakfast on our last day. Amazing what you can see when you are looking out on 200 acres. Spectacular views!
