A few more of Baby Cecilia
Cecilia was so very sleepy which I think makes for fantastic pictures! You get to do fun shots like these. What an incredible little baby girl! Parents often ask me when is the best time for newborn sessions. My recommendation is early, early, early. Sometime during that first week or two when babies are still so tiny and so sleepy. Just like Miss Cecilia is here. Of course this is not a set in stone rule but just a recommendation for newborn pics.

No worries...it's always a good time to take baby pictures...even if you don't get those newborn ones when they are brand new. There are so many changes in that first year so there are lots of chances to do photoshoots. If you miss newborn pictures then you can always get them a couple months later and capture those new smiles or a few more months when they have just started sitting up or crawling or walking. That's one of the reasons I love baby sessions -- so many exciting new things to capture.
