L & C Wedding

Okay, okay, so I've always said I don't shoot weddings. Well, I'm excited to say that I'm now going to give it a try! My good photographer friend Lindsey and I are going to go at it together. I'm so pumped about this! We shot our first wedding together a couple weeks ago and we're both really, really happy with how the pictures turned out. Here are a few of my favorites from the day...

James is six months old!

How sweet is this family?!?! They are getting to be quite the regulars on my blog these days. This was our third official session in their Year in the Life package. So far we've done newborn pictures, three months, and six months. Each time I meet up with them I'm convinced even more that they have one of the best babies ever! He was so calm and easy the entire session.

I hear that James has been working very hard at learning how to sit up on his own. Good job James! I am very impressed!

Last one...my favorite...oh how I wish the eyelash fairy had given me eyelashes like these.

I am totally in love with this little dude!

I spent some time with an incredibly nice family this weekend -- the Gutierrez family. We met up in Grapevine at the Botanical Gardens. I had never been there before so this is a new find for me. It was a very sweet and intimate location. There were maybe only one or two other families there with us so it was great for a family photo shoot. I hope to shoot there again. Thank you Gutierrez family!

Beautiful Belly

I can't show you the face of this beautiful mommy as these are a surprise for her honey. (What a great idea!) Isn't her tummy amazing! Everytime I photograph an expecting mother it takes me back to my own pregnancy. And then to think of all the fun and incredible moments to come for this family. I am so happy for their new baby girl!
